Produced from 100% organic grapes. MELISAMICO Red Vinegar is aged in oak barrels and is perfect for all traditional and modern dishes that ask for vinegar. It’s particularly recommended for cooking with plain vinegar, for salads and for home-made pickles and olives. It has a vinegar concentration of +6%, retains the nutrients of the grape and stands out by its dense flavor and its extraordinary aroma. Produced from 100% organic grapes. Melisamico Dressing Wine - Balsamo is made with petimezi and thyme honey, and is recommended for cooking and salads. Thanks to its robust flavor, it’s the perfect ingredient for meat or fish recipes, fruits, cheeses or pasta, but also for marinades or salads with raw or cooked vegetables. The dressing’s vinegar content is +6%; its other ingredients are petimezi, thyme honey and hypericum. The vinegar is aged in oak barrels, with the use of traditional techniques.
