Caramelized Onions with “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” PETIMEZI DRESSING

METHOD

Saute the onion for 5 minutes over low heat and allow to simmer for one hour, constantly stirring so they don’t burn. Add the “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” PETIMEZI DRESSING and allow to cook for about another hour. Serve with roast meats, cured meats, smoked meats and sandwiches.
